Add GruntJS build system to Uni-Form

* Add GruntJS to the build
* Add package.json and supporting files
* Initial refactoring of the validation plugin. FAILING TESTS
* Update demos to use the new ouput of the build system
* Build system now concats and minifies resources to the /dist folder
* Add new jshintrc files
* Add new CONTRIBUTING file
* Add new LICENSE file
