Installed on Unraid but nothing happens, I don't see anything installed?

Using Unraid 7.0.0

I installed sFTPgo, accepted the default settings but there is nothing that shows up anywhere? Is this hidden away somewhere? I don't see it in my Installed docker apps, no where to be found?

Unraid is not affiliated with or endorsed by us, we know nothing about Unraid.
I see that SFTPGo is listed as community app here and the suppprt link points to this repo. We think this is unfair and confusing: we have absolutely no relation with Unraid.

Ok, any tips on how to remove sFTPGo or to determine if it actually installed? I didn't get errors, just nothing happened?
