[TSK-165] Kubeflow features and UI walkthrough

Create a guide to walk a completely new user through the kubeflow interface

Talk about the following points and make sure to include details on the sub-points

Please include more details as you see fit. The end goal is that someone completely new to Kubeflow is able to understand what it does and how to work with the user interface of Kubeflow after completing this guide

Experiments

• Discuss how they map to Research Contexts in Planckster Ecosystem.
• Provide details from kubeflow documentation in a simple manner.

Notebooks

• Show how to create a new notebook ( selecting the storage resources, mounting existing volumes)
• Highlight that if the notebook is to be used for creating pipelines, then you need to explicitly "Allow access to Kubeflow Pipelines" in the notebook creation form' configuration section

Pipelines

• Show capabilities of the Pipelines page ( running a pipeline will be discussed separately)

Runs

• Show capabilities of the Runs page
