Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

  1. Install 8.9.1 of @d11\react-native-fast-image
  2. pod install, etc.
  3. Render any animated webp
  4. See static image

Expected behavior
An animated image

Dependency versions

  • React Native version: 0.76.6
  • React version: 18.0.0
  • React Native Fast Image version: 8.9.1
