gateway should manage market/oracle subscriptions dynamically (so it just works)

thought dump:

some positions are not 'open' but are still active for unsettled amounts
positions on other sub-accounts may need to be subscribed also. not sure if user should control this
subscribe/unsubscribe could lead to rate-limits if open/closing positions often
