Load UDM fileset into a postgresql database
create postgresql database
this is designed to run from the data directory where the Reaxys distribution has been downloaded.
run load_all , e.g. ../ReaxysLoader/load_all.py
UDM data structures are created as objects, with an MD5 hash key created on the contents
