Cluster: Should support Active Directory-detached cluster

Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring:
Even if the nodes must be joined in the active directory domain, xCluster should support the dns-only administrative point.

Note that in Windows Server 2016 the nodes does not need to me joined to the domain.
