xWebAppPool is not getting creating, job getting failed after running Start-DscConfiguration .\Sample_xWebAppPool

I have used sample code for creating application pool.

xWebAppPool is not getting creating, job getting failed after running Start-DscConfiguration .\Sample_xWebAppPool.

Please help me to resolve this. I don't know how i can see the root cause of this failure.
I am using https://github.com/dsccommunity/xWebAdministration#xwebsite
for sample code.

If you are using this example Sample_xWebAppPool then that example can not be run directly. It just an example to show how to use that particular resource. You need to install IIS etc. first. But assuming you did that then please run the configuration using the -Verbose parameter and post the verbose logs together with the error message.
If you have changed the configuration then also provide the configuration you are running.
