[Feature] Resume district breakdown for some provinces

• KZN

Describe the solution you'd like
Updates for those files to bring them up at least to end of July.

District level case data can be obtained from the NICD site in JSON form by looking at the requests that populate the charts here:
https://www.nicd.ac.za/diseases-a-z-index/disease-index-covid-19/surveillance-reports/national-covid-19-daily-report

For example:
