Node.remove() missing on kind JsxElement #1370

Describe the bug

Version: ^17.0.1

JsxElement is missing the node method #remove.

To Reproduce

  • Parse a TSX file with some JSX
  • Call node.remove() on a JsxElement node.

Expected behavior

Node removal.
