Add live activities for LoopFollow #89

We may want to do this only after figuring out the heartbeat connection (not required I don't think)
Enable live activities to show in Dynamic Island (for devices which support)
Enable live activities graph to show on lock screen
Should support a widget for iOS Home Screen that matches the lock screen live activity as well
