Null Pointer Exception at Assembly Stage

In accordance with the manual a new component is drawn in the assembly, and double-clicked to populate its properties.

When the component type is changed to an existing valid component type, and the confirmation dialog box is acknowledged positively, a Null pointer exception is raised and also an error is logged.

"Compilation Warnings for the osets-eclipse-plugin" (a possibly related issue), have occurred in this scenario.

This fault prevents using the tool further.
