Missing images for demo_table.css

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm using Django pipeline to verify and compress the css, and it found that 
images are missing for the demo_table.css file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should include all the images from datatables so that the css verifies:
https://github.com/DataTables/DataTables/tree/master/media/images

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
current as of 2/18/15, pulled from here:
http://jquery-datatables-editable.googlecode.com/svn
