@webmobiles On Windows: its possible with ConEmu, but in cmd.exe the only way to paste is right click, so its not related to cash.

This could probably be implemented in vorpal/cash with keybindings and access to the clipboard. @dthree what do you think?

Anybody want to verify if the linked keybinding module works on Windows? The module appears to work with modifiers (e.g. ctrl & shift).
