Minor period with blank screen when loading with websocket proxy

The current loader is only active while the iframe communication negotiation is active.
However, there can be a slight delay when proxying the actual requests.
During this time, no load is shown and the screen is just white.

Ideally, we show a "loading..." indicator of sorts until the list of backups has been fetched.
