Modal service not working with bootstrap 4 beta (popper.js issue) #235

Modal service works on all alpha versions of bootstrap, but since bootstrap decided to switch from Tether to Popper lib (alpha to beta stage ) it isn't working on bootstrap 4 beta. Is there any way you could look into this?
