We need an end-to-end documented and tested workflow that comprehensively answers all the following questions:

  • where is people’s data stored?
  • how is it protected from unauthorised access?
  • how can people access their data? besides through the App?
  • how and where is data backed up?
Describe the scheme e.g: RAID 10. and regions for backups.
  • describe our internal process for disaster recovery

being completely transparent with all this is a key product USP. We don’t just throw data in a “cloud” and expect it to always be there. That is what mega tech companies want us to do because it’s hugely profitable for them to keep people ignorant.
