App Branding

Currently when I look at the help wanted app there is no DWYL branding apart from a favicon:

I think that as a brand we would benefit more by having a consistent style across our apps. A 'dwyl` header for example:

@iteles Any thoughts on what information should be included with the banner? We were thinking maybe just a 'Feedback' link to keep it as clean as the banner above.

While on the topic of branding, Oli hand coded the dwyl heart logo as an svg a while back. It's about ~300 bytes so could be a nice replacement for the large png logos used in a lot of dwyl projects.
