Localhost: Clicking on an issue title doesn't take you to the issue on github

Locally clicking on an issue title doesn't take you to the issue on github.

I'm not sure if this is something to do with my local host and configuration or if it's happening for others locally.

Instead you see data like this:

Found this on the repo settings under webhooks:

I tried to fix the broken webhook by using ngrok but with no luck.
