strategy for searching by taxonname #12

There is no single best approach to searching for data by taxonname:

pedlabsampnum not present in kssl.site or kssl.nasis_site

Possible solution: create a new table with pedlabsampnum and "taxonname" derived from:

kssl.site when no records in kssl.nasis_site / kssl.nasis_taxhistory
kssl.nasis_taxhistory when present
