Briefly about my phone ( https://imgur.com/a/k5kf49w )

Problem: After activating Panda Mouse Pro through my computer, the application crashes and after that the activation fails. Tried different activations and through Wi-Fi and via USB connected to the computer. There is no video. Please help kind people.

P.s I also tried informal activation through third-party programs. My friend has Samsung on Android 13 and his activation does not crash.
