Setting - Hide all finished uploads

Expected behaviour

I'd really appreciate being able to hide all finished uploads by default via the Settings menu

Actual behaviour

Hide all finished uploads can be selected during upload

NextcloudPi 20.0.2

I don't expect this to be implemented in the near future, because it is quite a bit of work considering the probably small number of people that would use this feature.
But i think it is generally a good idea.
