Debian 10 Installation problem

Hello! I am using Debian 10/Buster. It is fresh installed. I tried to download the packages from https://hwraid.le-vert.net/wiki/DebianPackages as described. Unfortunately, I got a problem with installation. Here is the output:

I wonder, why there is Ign:3 http://hwraid.le-vert.net/debian buster InRelease.
I had to install apt-get install gnupg first.
It is not possible to launch a tw_cli command.
Any ideas how to solve the problem? Regards
