From the report: "eQuality time does not use standard budget worksheet."

Recommendation: "A standard organisational budgeting template should be developed that can be used to prepare project budgets, core cost budgets and an annual consolidated organisational budget which show clear calculations and include explanatory notes."

Action taken: We now use the standard budget in quickbooks - we've done a variance analysis on last year's and have an anual budget for the coming year. We don't have a version of this for projects, mostly because we don't have a live project right now :/ Waiting for more evidence to turn up on this one.

Okay, so we've been using Quickbooks as a standard budgeting format, which you can see here: http://equalitytime.co.uk/6383/2019/10/07/organisational-budget-for-2019-2020/. Otherwise we're waiting for more evidence.

This could be closed (we have a standard organizational budget template) but it also could be left open because we've not had a chance to use it for a budget just yet.
