We have lots of dependabot PRs but no CI running to test them.

This repo is still configured to use Travis CI, which is inactive for our repo. See https://github.com/eXist-db/function-documentation/blob/master/.travis.yml.

We need a similar PR here as eXist-db/documentation#597.
