Add ability to select a region and download a subset of source data.

In theory this should be possible using EarthEngine's export/getDownloadUrl features, but we'll have to experiment to see how much data can be pulled directly without pushing to a Drive account. Also, we'll need to sort out how to deal with disparate source projections vs a selection made in webmercator.
