It works on the official release of 1.0.2 version. You're using a test build version.

Even so, the function to open .HEIC files should be working because the preview version is newer than the stable version.

The latest created by eazymodo is "qimgv-x64_v1.0.3-alpha-128-gaeccf866". Where heic works on windows.
