I have a N8N flow that when executing in test mode works normally, but when I try to run via webhook or trigger it does not conclude the process.

This is not related to Easypanel. It's probably related to the way you configured your n8n workflow. Unfortunately I cannot help you futher.

After I removed the queue mode, it resolved, but I need it to work in queue mode, any solution?

sure just create the same app with all env files just change the deploy Command to worker
