OpenPrescribing outlier detection issues following ICB changes

Following the recent ICB changes there are some new issues with the outlier detection pages.
Broadly, STP reporting needs to be changed to ICB reporting and CCG reporting needs to be changed to sub-ICB location.

These are the particular parts I've found that would need to change:

• Links to outlier detection from ICB pages are broken - e.g. https://openprescribing.net/icb/QRV/ links to https://openprescribing.net/labs/outlier_reports/html/static_stp_QRV.html which gives a 404 error
• Sub-ICB locations link to correct reports but CCG references in text (and possibly URL) need to change to sub-ICB location e.g. https://openprescribing.net/labs/outlier_reports/html/static_ccg_W2U3Z.html
• This page continues to list STPs and CCGs.
• References in text at the top of each page need CCG references change to sub-ICBs and STP to ICB.

PCN and practice level seem to link/display fine.

Is it possible to get an ETA on a fix? Not for pressure but I'm intending to do some STP talks as part of broader show and tell of our work. I can schedule for later in the year if this is a problem that will take awhile to fix.

  • Create ICB/ sub-ICB level outlier tables (x6 total) : 30 mins
  • Change builds configuration table to assert which dataset builds correspond to which NHS org structure : 1h
  • Change build_outliers() sproc to build dynamic SQL statements for per-entity-level dataset creation based on above configuration : 1d
• Update data processing layer
  • Change constants for known entity types : 5 mins
  • Change DatasetBuild class to support configurable hierarchical entity structure : 1d ( _get_hierarchy(), _truncate_results() and _truncate_entities() are monster functions that took me several goes to get right last time round)
  • Update "friendly-name" getters for new entity types: 30 mins
• Update frontend code
  • Update entity name formatting functions: 5 mins
  • Update Table of Contents generation to support configurable hierarchical entity structure : 0.5d
  • Check HTML templates
