The LSP editor does not grey out disabled code and initially underlines the includes

Is it a current limitation or my configuration issue that the LSP editor doesn't display disabled code as such?

Also, once the editor is enabled, the includes are underlined, the underlines are gone after the editor content is modified. Not a big issue but puzzling behavior, nevertheless.

The highlighting of inactive code regions has not been implemented (yet). See this comment
