Looks like you have multiple versions of the org.apache.commons.logging plugin installed. You can check this in Eclipse:

Hi @msohn I checked for org.apache.commons.logging" and it only shows one version. However if I use this "logging" as search string this is shown. They each have the following dependencies: and this: It looks like only one component in Eclipse depends on this old version from 2018. The new version has dependencies to other versions of apache common libs and is of a more recent version. I will check with people here: |

Hi,
We upgraded Eclipse to 4.32. And when users started to use it together with existing repos and trying to do a fetch they got.
It seems that jgit has a problem to open a socket connection with SSL. Is there any recent changes in jgit 6.10.0 ( 20240603) that can be related to this issue?
