Export direct edit functionalities.

• I have checked that this feature has not yet been suggested by someone else.

In order to be able to adapt custom nodes label strategy when LabelOverflowStrategy is not adapted and still get direct edit functionalities. It would be helpful to have access to useDiagramDirectEdit and DiagramDirectEditInput of sirius-components-diagrams component.
