Windows Metafile is a proprietary vector graphics format which allows copying data into Microsoft Office products. There is experimental support at https://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/2.3/graphics.html#wmf which is in Eclipse Orbit.

We could give it a try in the bundle:
org.eclipse.swtchart.export.extended

But I would keep this issue at low priority.
