Make SWT-Chart Translateable via Babel

I've tried to do so but Eclipse-Science/SWTChart project is not visible from babel COMMITER LINK : https://babel.eclipse.org/babel/project_source_locations.php (Must be logged in your Bugzilla/Eclipse account in order to properly see this link)

Any idea ?
