Downloading python-eccodes via Anaconda Cloud downgrades eccodes to 2.16.0 #23

Hello,

If I want to install python-eccodes via Anaconda Cloud (conda install -c conda-forge python-eccodes) it downgrades my eccodes 2.17.0 to 2.16.0 even though eccodes got updated on Anaconda Cloud to 2.17.0 and I get this Selfcheck runtime warning and cannot work in my docker container. Would be nice if this gets fixed or shall I do a workaround?
