Page shift on iOS Safari

Issue:
When viewing incoming requests, the page loads without the bottom browser nav bar (see image below). Once I tap the share button, the bottom nav bar pops in, shifting the page up and requiring a double press of the "share" button.

Open Question:
How can we get around this?
