Dear ecr05:

I have successfully utilized MSM to establish a spherical registration between two meshes. The output registration file possesses the same number of vertices as the original mesh. Upon applying the registration file to warp the original mesh, the resulting output mesh maintains the same number of vertices as the original meshes while adopting the orientation of the target mesh. I would be grateful if you could advise me on any approach to generate a mesh that simultaneously have the same number of vertices and orientation as the target mesh. I just want to create a series of surface have the same properties, like the voxel-based registration.

Thanks !
