Please investigate and determine whether the PoIs_difference_bisecting_tool dashboard is broken or user error. If broken, please fix.

User reported issue with PoIs_difference_bisecting_tool dashboard

"... the poi dissection dash is broken..." -Vince | Nodeify, Pinax, & InfraDAO

Ford mentioned he has recently pushed some Grafana fixes, so this problem may be resolved (but we're not sure). Please investigate and resolve. Thank you!
