Sidenote, if we refactor config to separate credentials from other config, then we could keep the bot configs (ranges, whitelists, etc) versioned in git, which would make it easier for others to see & suggest changes.

Yes, it's running on my VPS now ... I couldn't seem to make things work at Wikimedia :-(
I don't have the cycles to split off the keys from the config, but I am willing to set up an account to ssh in and update it as needed as we had with Wikimedia if you are interested.
Alternatively we could keep the config in a private GitHub repo?
Either option works for me. I don't anticipate a lot of updates, someone reached out to me with this new range many months ago and I've been terrible at actioning it 😅
