  1. Minor makefile improvements 

     - DESTDIR (and BINDIR) support
 - make PREFIX overridable (use ?= instead of =)
 - correct tasks dependencies (prelude is depending on blodwen, test depending on base)
 - drop test from all (common for makefiles)
