The correct load order of the MPQs is this:

d2data.mpq
d2char.mpq
d2sfx.mpq
d2speech.mpq
d2music.mpq
d2video.mpq
d2delta.mpq
d2kfixup.mpq
d2exp.mpq
d2xvideo.mpq
d2xtalk.mpq
d2xmusic.mpq
patch_d2.mpq

It should be made sure that it's accurate.
