Do we have a Ballistic Shield?

Thanks to the SEF team, it is a great game for acting SWAT.
I am new to this game. I like the Ballistic Shield and really think it is very cool equipment for antiterrorism. Do we have a plan to add it in or does it already exist in the game?
Another question is that about breaching the wall, I find that the shoot could breach the door, but it seems couldn't breach the wall even the wall is think. Which kind of guns or bullets could breach the wall in the game?
