Decrease scan interval time to 10 seconds

Could you decrease the scan interval time to 10 seconds to get a quicker response on state changes please? This is necessary when doing automations based on cable connection to get a faster response. With the current 30 seconds intervall, such automations can not function properly.
This issue has been solved in the garo_wallbox integration;, see sockless-coding#27. Would be great if this also solved for the alfen_wallbox.
