certain a9lh payloads cause brick

when loading certain a9lh payloads (like really old gm9 versions) the system will either shut down or brick
kinda cool when it bricks cuz the screen freaks out but you have to use ntrboot to unbrick
idk why this happens but nobody should be using a9lh payloads in a b9s enviroment so i wont try to fix this
also wont share the stuff i use for a9lh in b9s cuz YOU SHOULDNT EVER NEED TO.

but ive readded in a offline version
current online version can load with use of some other stuff though

You should re-add it, perhaps under a secret build flag.
