Describe the bug

Window switcher showing finder tabs, arc browser tabs, and lightroom panel.

Steps to reproduce

Going to window switcher using the shortcut.

Expected behavior

Window switcher only showing per-app instances

Actual behavior

Window switcher showing either tabs or panels
