FDP Configuration documentation error #15

The documentation for FDP Configuration had a typo for all of the external links for the data service configuration. The correct URLs are:

http://www.w3.org/ns/dcat#endpointURL
http://www.w3.org/ns/dcat#endpointDescription
http://www.w3.org/ns/dcat#landingPage

You will need to update the Resource Description for the Data Services in your FDP (and fix the existing records if you have any)
