The repositories for snapshots and releases are hard written in the plugin (respectively "snapshots" and "releases")

url = uri("$publishingBaseUrl${if (projectVersion.endsWith("-SNAPSHOT")) "snapshots" else "releases"}/")

It could be nice to allow overriding them using a config param
