Consider showing the next upcoming video outside the extra "upcoming videos" block if it will start "soon" #744

I just noticed a potential UX problem with our "upcoming videos" box. It's likely that many viewers of a live stream will go to, say, the course page shortly before it starts to already open it. In those cases, the live stream will be hidden in the upcoming videos box (assuming there are more videos planned). That's not particularly great :/

So maybe we want to pull the next one out of the box if it's soon, let's say within the next 30 minutes? Only problem is that we somehow have to rename the box to "additional upcoming videos" or something like that. Or even pull out all videos that start soon and then call the box "upcoming videos not starting soon" ... ok find a better label, but you get my point.
