It would be great to have the page name and page content translatable.

Yep, we are aware of this limitation. We specifically decided that this is rather low priority for Tobira as it makes lots of stuff more complicated. To properly localize Tobira, one would also need to localize all video and series metadata. Sure, every bit helps, but right now there is no specific plan to implement this, as there are still lots of more important issues.
