Our user björk has the role ROLE_USER_BJÖRK right now. This breaks a few things, e.g. the upload will give write access to ROLE_USER_BJ_RK instead, so the video won't show up in Björks "my videos". I'm not what to do here? Can we just require roles to be ASCII?
